Reset Asset Management provides owners, asset managers and lenders with a highly flexible range of management and consulting services. These include comprehensive asset management services as well as bespoke one off consulting services and short term asset management engagements.

Reset Asset Management were appointed Asset Manager of this 830,000 sq ft regional shopping centre in December 2021.
Since taking over the management of Queensgate we have worked intensively in partnership with the owner to:
- manage the handover and lease-up of a newly developed leisure and F&B extension,
- secure extensions to an array of leases and drive down non-recoverable costs.
- create a new business plan for the asset
We continue to move forward the strategy to activate the vacant department store space and drive up NOI over the short term while working on longer term opportunities to bring additional uses to the site.

Reset Asset Management was appointed asset manager on this 170,000 sq ft central Liverpool retail scheme in 2021 on behalf of an institutionally backed private equity investor
The Business Plan set at acquisition included the leasing up of long vacant upper floors and unit shops as well as to generally drive an improvement in NOI through lease renewals and rent reviews
The Business plan has been achieved and exceeded within 18 months of taking over the asset asset management, despite a challenging retail and consumer environment
Specific asset management achievements included the letting of the upper floor to a leisure operator on a long term lease, and the successful resolution of key rent reviews and lease renewals at levels above underwriting
Reset Asset Management have helped drive attractive absolute and relative returns from this asset against a backdrop of a general fall in values in the wider market
